Educational seminars

Educational seminars are 2 hours jam-packed in with formation. We In this session we cover:

ADHD foundations (the science and research behind al things ADHD)

Symptoms, social responses, personal impacts, executive functions

Resources and support.

knowledge/tools for deepening relationships with your ADHD individual/loved one.

Reality Model session or workshop

This is done in a 3 hour intensive, or in Three 1 hour sessions.

The Reality Model helps us see the world as it really is and understand how our beliefs have the power to create and the power to destroy.

Emotional Resilience

​For ADHD emotional health and resilience, this work requires vulnerability, and a certain level of care from your coach/mentor. In these specifically targeted sessions we explore:

How we (ADHDers) have an action oriented brain. So it feels like our ADHD brains are set up for overreactions.

But we can learn more about this and begin to master our emotional health.​

You don't need to act on emotions.

When it comes to emotions we can learn to -re-wire the thinking "I Feel this, so I must do this"...
