Services

As part of my services, everyone will have a complimentary consultation (or discovery) zoom call. The aim of this complimentary consultation is to have a meaningful conversation about your experiences, to learn more about your needs, and to answer any questions you might have. We will also discuss the services I offer that could help you achieve your goals. At the end of the call, we can decide if we want to move forward together.

One- on - one Coaching

One-on-one coaching begins with a discovery call where we will get to know each other and see if we are a good fit for each other. Next, we'll discuss the InsideOut model and Execuitve Functions and set up a timeline for what you want to accomplish/reach. Following that, we discover new tools to implement into your daily life while learning how to understand and respond to adhd.

Upon request, I can provide personalized resources and activities to help you reach your goals and have a follow-up session where we review our progress and adjust any goals as necessary.

Group Sessions

Group sessions on Zoom with a maximum of eight participants. We will meet every week at the same time and on the same day. During the sessions, we will discuss the inside-out model and executive functions in order to spark conversation. Each week a volunteer will have the opportunity to be in the “coaching hot seat” to express their current pain points and receive some coaching. Observers act as a third party, benefiting from reflection for learning and growth.

Group participants will have access to tools and techniques from the facilitator, as well as from the other members in the group. They will be able to ask questions and share their successes and challenges. The goal is for each member to leave with a greater understanding of how to better support themselves and others while coaching.

Group session participants will have access to:

  • Group chat

  • Pdf workbook/guided reflection

  • Once weekly 15-minute accountability/strategy check in’s

For Leaders

Weekly Strategy sessions

Weekly Strategy sessions are 30-minute weekly sessions for individuals that are often juggling multiple projects, and tasks and often have “brain clutter”. During the session, the client will identify their top priorities for the week, establish goals, and create action plans to ensure they are achieving those goals. The client and coach can also discuss any roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the week, and adjust the strategy accordingly. Additionally, the client can receive feedback from the coach on their progress, which can help to keep them motivated and on track. At the end of each session, both parties review their results and make adjustments as necessary.
