Studies show that movement can actually help individuals retain information and help with focus.
"Movement snacks" or movement breaks is a way to schedule in movement. This helps especially for ADHD individuals that may have troubles with working memory and storing and retaining information when needed.
Here (below) are free downloadable/printable movement break (snack) bingo sheets that you are welcome to print and use.
How to use these as a teacher:
Just set a silent timer for yourself every 15-30 minutes while you are teaching
When timer goes off, tell kiddos to look at their sheet and pick something to do for a few seconds.
Then get back to teaching.
How to use in the office:

When timer goes off, look at your sheet and pick something to do for a few seconds. (this is more fun when you are in a meeting, because you will need to do it covertly)
Then get back to work
